Job description Course Admin PT Cerdas Digital Nusantara (CAKAP)
- Arranging class for teachers
- Provide Administrative Support for Course team
- Maintain new and existing products' configurations or rules setup
- Perform a variety of clerical duties requiring knowledge of departmental procedures
- Provide Data Reporting for teachers
- Gather & collect necessary information or data for reporting
- Conduct analysis for reporting; provide basic insight
- Operational Support
- Help to solve & follow through operational problems by coordinating with various stakeholders
- Familiar with relevant tools to do checking & identification of problems
- Minimum bachelor degree in English education
- Min 1 year of experience in teaching either in an institution or a school
- Fluency in both written and spoken English, with minimum TOEFL score of 550 or 6.5 in IELTS or equivalent.
- Master in Excel is a must
