Job description for Country Manager, Philippines at Glints

We’re looking for a Country Manager to join and lead our Commercial team in the Philippines, to start, build and scale our operations in a fast-growing market.
You will be in charge of building the team from 0 to 1 and helm one of the fastest-growing business units at Glints. Through your leadership, you will recruit, build, and scale the business unit to achieve positive customer traction and revenue outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify near-term growth drivers, build a sales engine, and scale revenue
- Build and lead a high-performance organisation by hiring, training, and scaling teams, as well as growing a strong management team to support you in your goals;
- Exhibit strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership

Who We Are Looking For
- An ambitious, mission-driven business leader or entrepreneur with experience in building and scaling early-stage businesses in the Philippines
- A strong passion for the talent industry and/or the potential of using technology to impact businesses and individuals in a positive wayLeadership skills and experience, particularly in scaling and managing teams for peak performance
- Deep capacity for strategic thinking and visioning
- Ability to set high standards and goals, with a strong track record of excellence
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in an international environment
- At least 4 years of experience working in the Philippines
