Job Description
- Schedule and conduct employee counseling sessions and document the results.
- Prepare disciplinary, PIP, and termination documents in coordination with HR & Legal.
- Handle employee relations administration, grievances, and industrial relations records.
- Input, monitor, and recap KPI and performance appraisal data.
- Support HR audits and prepare monthly counseling & performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, HR Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in employee relations or HR administration.
- Understanding of labor regulations and performance management processes.
- Detail-oriented, discreet, and comfortable handling sensitive employee matters.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Trustworthy, professional, and committed to accurate, well-documented work.
