Job description for Cost Accounting at Midea Washing Machine Indonesia
Responsiblity:
1. Responsible for organizing work positions and systems for cost and material management, improving cost and material management systems.
2. Responsible for formulating work plans for cost and materials management, organizing team building, and staff development.
3. Oversee and coordinate all related activities in the cost management module, responsible for interacting with the financial cost management department and promoting implementation.
4. Organize monthly material inventory counts.
5. Responsible for tracking project initiation, bidding, acceptance, disbursement, and post-evaluation work for plant molds and investment projects.
6. Responsible for daily asset management in the factory, including inventory checks, asset transfers, and handling of idle assets.
7. Responsible for accounts receivable management, settlement of related party transactions, and types of collection applications in the factory.
Qualification :
1. Minimum of Bachelor degree / Above with related majors.
2. Excellent organizational, communication, and coordination skills. Able to work under pressure, have a sense of responsibility and high self-motivation.
3. Strong self-learning skills, adept at identifying problems and following up to ensure resolution.
4. Candidates who have experience in cost management and accounting are preferred.
5. Good English is a must and Mandarin is a plus point!
