Job description for Cost Accounting at BREIG Property

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Accountant, preferably in Construction or RealEstate.
Proficient in Corporate Internet Banking (Maker/Releaser workflows).
Strong experience with Xero is highly preferred.
Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental coordination.
Strong Understanding at (release) banking transactions following approvals andestablished payment priorities.
