Summary
As a Corporate Strategy (Intern), you will work alongside an elite team of super-achievers who report directly to the CEO. You will have the opportunity to get an insight on how to build a business and the ability to solve any problem thrown at you (for example, identifying new business opportunities, hiring talented people, creating and measuring KPIs for different teams etc). It is an incomparable opportunity, learning how to build a business from scratch, how to solve absolutely any problem, how to achieve any possible goal directly from a founder.
Responsibilities
- Work on high priority projects to ensure goals are achieved
- Task with with great autonomy to identify problems, carry out analysis, design solutions and execute them
- Collaborate with different teams internally to identify, review and solve problems
- Work on multiple projects in parallel that will require you to be adaptable across multiple functions
Qualifications
- Track record of being number 1 in several different areas and being a hyper-logical thinker
- Work experience in a fast-paced environment (start-up/strategy consulting/investment banking)
- Break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data to facilitate your work using tools such as SQL, Python and Excel
- Experienced in using automation tools like Zapier, Integromat, Automate, Workato, etc.
- Curious in nature and interested in making an impact
- Ability to make a good business case and convince people to help you execute
- Quantitative background and know how to code
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and intermediate proficiency in SQL
- Critical: Native fluency in English and the right to work in Singapore
- Bonus: Experience in F&B or hospitality, and/or SaaS product experience targeted at business owners
