Job description for Corporate Secretarial Manager at Legatcy Sg Pte. Ltd.
- Advising clients on the business incorporation compliance and requirements; ·
- Client onboarding and ongoing clients' due diligence process and matters. ·
- Ensure timely upkeep, update and maintenance of statutory registers and records. ·
- Draft and prepare directors/ shareholders resolutions, contracts, agreements. ·
- Oversee to ensure timely preparation of AGM documents, filing of Annual Returns with ACRA. ·
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. ·
- Take lead on the ad-hoc duties and projects.
- Minimum 5 Years of experience of corporate secretarial experience of which there are a period which you act as a team lead role. ·
- A member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) or working towards achieving the qualification will be added advantage.
- Sound understanding of Singapore Companies Act. ·
- A high degree of professionalism, ability to communicate with various level of individuals including management, team members and clients. ·
- Good written skills
