Job description for Corporate Sales Executive at PT Lionel Jaya Logistic

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding the company's B2B customer portfolio by acquiring new clients and building long-term business relationships. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, identifying customer needs, and delivering logistics solutions that create value for clients.

With a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven approach, you will play a key role in driving the company's business growth across various industries.

Job Description :

- Identify and develop new B2B and B2C customers for domestic and international logistics services (land, sea, and air freight).

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and shipment volume.

- Conduct client visits, sales presentations, and negotiate pricing and service agreements.

- Prepare quotations, follow up on business opportunities, and close deals in line with company sales targets.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies and business growth.

- Prepare regular sales reports, including pipeline, sales performance, revenue, and forecasts.

- Take ownership of achieving assigned sales revenue and profit margin targets.

Qualifications :

- Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK), Diploma (D3), or Bachelor's Degree (S1)

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Sales role.

- Knowledge of domestic and/or international logistics processes is preferred. Familiarity with Incoterms, export-import documentation, and customs clearance is a strong advantage.

- Having an existing customer or corporate client database is a plus.

- Results-driven and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).

- Own vehicle and a valid driver's license are considered an advantage.
