About the Role

Are you passionate about building long-term business relationships and helping organizations develop their people?

Gentem Indonesia is looking for a Corporate Relationship Specialist to grow our corporate learning business by partnering with HR, Learning & Development (L&D), and business leaders. In this role, you'll identify business opportunities, understand clients' learning needs, and provide tailored education solutions that help organizations achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Learning & Development (L&D), and business stakeholders.
  • Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand clients' training and development needs.
  • Present customized English and corporate learning solutions based on client requirements.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
  • Manage existing corporate accounts to drive client satisfaction, renewals, and long-term partnerships.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurately update CRM records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and an excellent client experience.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in any major.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Corporate Sales, Key Account Management, or related roles.
  • Experience in corporate training, education, HR solutions, SaaS, or other service-based industries is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to identify client needs and provide consultative solutions.
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
