Gentem Indonesia is looking for a Corporate Relationship Specialist to grow our corporate learning business by partnering with HR, Learning & Development (L&D), and business leaders. In this role, you'll identify business opportunities, understand clients' learning needs, and provide tailored education solutions that help organizations achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR, Learning & Development (L&D), and business stakeholders.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand clients' training and development needs.
- Present customized English and corporate learning solutions based on client requirements.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close business deals.
- Manage existing corporate accounts to drive client satisfaction, renewals, and long-term partnerships.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurately update CRM records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and an excellent client experience.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any major.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Corporate Sales, Key Account Management, or related roles.
- Experience in corporate training, education, HR solutions, SaaS, or other service-based industries is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to identify client needs and provide consultative solutions.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
