Job description for Copywriter (Creative Agency) at WOW Integrated Strategic Communications
We’re looking for a Copywriter full of fresh ideas and a passion for video creation, especially in the advertising world.
Responsibilities:
As part of our creative team, you’ll be in charge of developing compelling words and creative ideas that bring brands and campaigns to life. Working closely with Art Directors, Creative Directors, Strategists, and Account teams, translates briefs and insights into clear, engaging, and culturally relevant communication across multiple platforms.
Job Description:
- Develop creative concepts and campaign copy.
- Craft scripts for TVC, digital video, and branded content, plus engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs tailored to each platform.
- Keep messaging clear and consistent across all touchpoints, adapt copy for different formats and audiences, and build a copy library.
- Write concept narratives and campaign rationales, and help prepare storytelling materials for internal and client presentations.
Requirements:
✔ Open to fresh graduates (1-3 years of experience in a related field is a plus). Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Advertising, Journalism, English, Literature, or a related field.
✔ Exceptional writing and storytelling skills in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia, with strong grammar and a rich vocabulary.
✔ Ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and platforms.
✔ Passion for pop culture, viral trends, and crafting copy that captures attention.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects.
✔ A collaborative mindset and willingness to take feedback and refine ideas.
✔ A team player who works well with Art Directors, Designers, Creative Directors, Strategists, and Account teams.
