We’ve got an opening.
Sqkii is known for our #HuntTheMouse and #HuntFromHome campaigns that give away cold, hard cash to players. In the good old pre-COVID days, our hunts and custom games got Singaporeans squatting in random spots and running after golden eggs. For now, we’re bringing players on virtual adventures through their mobile screens — they’re still super cool, just ask the mouse.
We paid a virtual visit to the player community in Malaysia earlier this year with #HuntFromHome — Around The World, and oh boy do we have big plans ahead for SEA and beyond. Big plans = lots of people to share them with, so we’re on the hunt for someone to bring our games (and the mouse) to everyone we know and anyone we don't.
As our Growth Hacker, you'll be handed the reins to our virtual flying sleigh, from which you'll spread word of our games to millions of humans while stirring up truckloads of excitement. We're here for all the wildest, most bizarre, out-of-this-world ideas you can think of; give us something above and beyond mouse-driven flying transport. Concepts aside, we've also got the numbers, and we want you to take them and turn them into even more extraordinary campaigns. What you’ll be doing:
- Developing and executing online and offline marketing campaigns to deliver content to Sqkii's player base and beyond, including event and brand campaigns
- Tracking and analysing performance of marketing campaigns to recommend future marketing strategies
- Proposing and testing new initiatives to drive user acquisition in creative ways
- Communicating with the design team to develop visuals optimised for social media
- Staying up to date on latest social media trends and advertising best practices
- Corresponding with vendors and agencies on items/logistics related to marketing
What you’ll need:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Experience in planning, executing, and analysing paid and organic marketing campaigns
- A bold, visionary mindset and a huge appetite for bizarre ideas and doing things differently
- Knowledge of user acquisition and growth hacking strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to details
- A high degree of self-motivation
- Confidence in your own abilities
- Basic skills in graphics and/or video editing are a plus
- Past experience as a Social Media Strategist, Marketing Specialist, or similar roles is a double plus
