Job Responsibilities (English)
1. Talent & Live Streamer End-to-End Management
Recruit, screen, coordinate, and onboard local Indonesian talents & live streamers focusing on local lifestyle services.
Arrange stream schedules, set performance targets & content guidelines, and oversee daily live broadcast execution.
Build and manage talent profiles, maintain partnership relationships, track performance, and handle incentives & issues.
Monitor live data, content compliance, broadcast quality, and provide timely optimization suggestions.
Manage talent communication groups, respond to requests, solve conflicts, and maintain long-term cooperation.
2. Human Resource Management (Local Indonesian Team)
Conduct local recruitment: job posting, resume screening, interview arrangement, offer communication, and onboarding.
Handle employee onboarding, transfer, resignation, attendance, scheduling, contract filing, and basic HR documentation.
Assist in local labor compliance, BPJS/benefits coordination, employee relations, and internal communication.
Complete HR reports, manpower tracking, recruitment status updates, and daily HR administration.
3. Bilingual Translation & Communication Support
Provide professional English ↔ Bahasa Indonesia translation for documents, notices, contracts, scripts, and policies.
Act as a communication bridge between China team and local Indonesian team, supporting meeting interpretation.
Review translated content to ensure cultural appropriateness, compliance, and brand alignment.
4. General Support & Cross-department Collaboration
Support operations/marketing teams in talent campaigns, live events, and local promotion execution.
Complete local coordination, data collection, reporting, and other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Comply with Indonesian local laws and company regulations to ensure compliance and data security.
