Job description for cooks at Serenity management
Job Responsibilities:
* Prepare dishes according to the menu and chef's recipes
* Prepare and cut ingredients (mise en place)
* Follow recipe cards and cooking standards
* Control temperature during food storage and preparation
* Keep workstation clean and organized
* Follow HACCP rules and sanitation standards
* Manage food stock at the station, inform timely about shortages
* Cooperate with other cooks and sous chef as part of a team
* Minimize food waste and use ingredients responsibly
* Carry out additional tasks assigned by the sous chef or head chef
