Job description for Cook Staff at PT. KARMAFREE SURF SHOP
Karmafree Surf Shop & Cafe is seeking a passionate, responsible, and motivated Cook to join our team in Uluwatu, Bali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality food, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and hygiene standards, and supporting smooth daily kitchen operations in our eco-friendly surf shop and healthy food cafe.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare and cook food according to company recipes and standards.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistently maintained.
- Assist in daily kitchen preparation and food stock management.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment and work areas.
- Monitor food inventory and report stock shortages when needed.
- Support smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours.
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
- Work closely with kitchen and service teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum high school graduate or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Cook, Kitchen Staff, or similar position is preferred.
- Basic understanding of food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
- Able to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Willing to work full-time on-site in Uluwatu, Bali.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
