Job Description:

  • Menyiapkan dan mengolah makanan sesuai standar resep dan kualitas outlet
  • Memastikan rasa, porsi, dan tampilan makanan tetap konsisten
  • Menjaga kebersihan area dapur, peralatan, dan area preparation
  • Melakukan preparation bahan baku sebelum operasional dimulai
  • Memastikan bahan baku tersimpan dengan baik dan tetap fresh
  • Bertanggung jawab terhadap stock dan penggunaan bahan baku secara efisien
  • Bekerja cepat dan rapi saat jam operasional berlangsung
  • Memastikan seluruh makanan disajikan tepat waktu sesuai order customer
  • Membantu menjaga standar kebersihan dan hygiene kitchen
  • Bekerja sama dengan team kitchen dan service untuk menjaga kelancaran operasional outlet

Qualifications:

  • Minimal pengalaman 1 tahun sebagai cook / kitchen staff di bidang F&B
  • Memahami basic kitchen preparation dan food hygiene
  • Disiplin, cekatan, dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
  • Memiliki passion di bidang kuliner dan kemauan belajar yang tinggi
  • Mampu bekerja dalam team dan memiliki komunikasi yang baik
  • Jujur, bertanggung jawab, dan memiliki attitude kerja yang baik
  • Berdomisili di Denpasar / Badung lebih diutamakan - BERDOMISILI DI BALI
