WE’RE HIRING — FULL-TIME KITCHEN CREW

Gather Coffee & Kitchen ?

Kami mencari Full-Time Kitchen Crew yang siap bekerja dengan standar tinggi, disiplin, dan konsisten untuk berkembang bersama tim kami.

Lokasi: Westside Padel

🕒 Status: Full-Time (6 hari kerja / 1 hari libur – weekday)

Tanggung Jawab:

Menjalankan preparation dan cooking sesuai SOP

Menjaga kualitas dan konsistensi makanan

Bertanggung jawab atas kebersihan area kitchen

Bekerja sama dengan tim saat service (fast-paced environment)

Mengikuti arahan Head Kitchen dan menjaga flow operasional

Kriteria:

Memiliki pengalaman di kitchen F&B, pakai wok, asian, western

Disiplin, tepat waktu, dan bertanggung jawab

Mampu bekerja cepat dan rapi di bawah tekanan

Memiliki attitude kerja yang baik dan mau belajar

Bersedia bekerja di weekend (wajib masuk Jumat–Minggu)

Catatan Penting:

Ketepatan waktu dan kedisiplinan adalah hal utama

Posisi ini membutuhkan komitmen dan konsistensi kerja
