Job description for Continuous Improvement Staff at Cahaya Jakarta
Job Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of Continuous Improvement Culture (CIC) across the organization.
- Conduct root cause analysis and identify improvement opportunities for business processes, customer complaints, and non-conformities.
- Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Participate as an Internal Auditor in quality management system audits.
- Standardize and maintain business process documentation in accordance with document control procedures.
- Review and analyze quality, operational, and KPI data to drive performance improvement.
- Facilitate Continuous Improvement, 5R, and Safety programs throughout the company.
- Deliver training and awareness programs related to new standards, improvement initiatives, and quality systems.
- Monitor the implementation of Suggestion Systems and Continuous Improvement projects.
- Compile monthly departmental KPI reports and Management Review data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and support sustainability initiatives, including CSR and environmental data monitoring.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Management or related.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of Quality Management System (QMS), Internal Audit, Continuous Improvement, PDCA Methodology, KPI Management, Document Control
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5R/5S, or ISO Management Systems will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willing to work in Jababeka 2, Cikarang.
