Job description for Content Writer (Remote Work) at Trident Digital
Trident Digital is looking for ONE Full-Time Content Writer to Add to Our Team!
Type of Employment: Full-Time Position
As the Content Writer of our company, you will work directly with the Founder and other leaders of the company and is responsible for brainstorming content ideas and writing up engaging posts for the company and its clients. Creatives that we normally produce include Facebook/ Instagram posts, Linkedin articles, captions, headlines, scripts for videos, and so on.
Since content is known to be one of the best ways to communicate and promote the company's/ clients’ messages on online and offline platforms, your position will play an important role in the team’s success.
[YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN ORDER OF PRIORITY]
Responsibility 1 - Content Strategy for Clients (External):
- Establishing a clear understanding of the outcome and purpose for each content written to ensure that it resonates with the target audience
- Brainstorming content ideas for our clients
- Writing content for our clients such as captions, carousels, articles, IG stories, bios, headlines, etc.
- Anything else that needs to be well-written
Responsibility 2 - Content Strategy for Trident Digital (Internal):
- Establishing a clear understanding of the outcome and purpose for each content written to ensure that it resonates with our target audience
- Supporting our front-end by writing compelling content for our email list and Telegram channel
- Brainstorming content ideas for Trident Digital
- Writing content for our clients such as captions, carousels, articles, IG stories, bios, headlines, etc.
- Anything else that needs to be well-written
Responsibility 3 - Support:
- Work with our creative teammates and Founders
- Participating actively in Content Masterminds to constantly bring our content to the next level
- Providing peer feedback with other content writers to ensure that the deliverbales are of standard
- Regularly communicate and collaborate with the video, design and project management teams
- Assisting the video team in scriptwriting for pre-production
- Assisting the video team in subtitles for post-production
Your secondary roles include:
- Interacting with clients on a daily basis and growing that relationship
- Excellent management skills in balancing project timelines, checking the statuses of projects and constantly on the ball
- Understanding digital and social media marketing, the usage of its tools and staying up to date with the latest trends
- Supporting client-driven marketing campaigns from conceptualising to execution
- Supporting client communications, conflict resolution and ensuring that client issues/ queries are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner
[REQUIREMENT]
An ideal candidate would have the following requirements:
- Strong command of English
- Has a flair in writing different types of content (i.e. tonality, style, topics)
- Lives and breathes the English language (reads often, speaks well, and writes well)
- Has a creative mind and good storytelling skills
- Has the ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid attention to detail
- And lastly, has a strong desire to improve and grow with the team!
