Job description
• Write clear, attractive blog articles with a distinct voice for a variety of media
• Identify company’ needs and gaps in content and recommend new topics
• Develop and implement editorial/copywriting/content calendar
• Conduct high-quality research and interviews
• Edit and proof work to ensure high editorial standards are met
• Use SEO principles to maximize reach and increase web/search traffic
• Stay current on trends and competitors within the editorial sphere
• Inviting other bloggers, experts to contribute content to the webpage
• Monitoring responses to posts via the website, social media etc. Technical skills and competencies you will learn during traineeship:
• Competency in gaining industry knowledge and deeper understanding of tour operations & company processes
• Competency in content ideation and development of editorial calendar
• Technical Knowledge in SEO content copywriting, proof-reading and quality research/interviews
• Technical knowledge in analytical skills
• Technical knowledge in inviting guest blogger and studying trending topics for content ideation
• Competency in leadership, multi-tasking and team communication
