- At least 1-2 years of experience in the same field
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in education or related discipline
- Previous work experience managing social media platforms and content creation is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in both English & Bahasa Indonesia (writing, reading, proofreading)
- Detail oriented, good communication skill, problem solving, critical thinking
- Have an understanding of current trends and follow social media
- Understand the use of social media tools
- Some experience with online marketing and lead generation
- Developing the content plan & strategy for our social media platforms, that are consistent with our brand image
- Creating consistent content of value, on all of our platforms
- Manage all of our social media posts, that could be of high volume
- Communicating & interacting with our followers
- Growing & executing programs and events
- Learning and using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights
- Delivering reports on how our social media growth is doing
- Giving in-depth recommendations & insights into our social media marketing strategies
- Staying up-to-date with social media trends and learning how to join the trends in time
- Providing insights & direction to the design team in accordance too the brief
