Job description for Content Marketing at Sea Makeup Beauty
Responsibilities:
- Develop social media & TikTok ads content strategies aligned with each brand’s marketing objectives and positioning across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Create monthly social media & TikTok ads content planning, including content direction, campaign ideas, content pillars, and platform strategies for beauty brands (skincare, makeup, haircare, and bodycare).
- Supervise daily social media & TikTok ads content operations, including content publishing, copywriting direction, community engagement, and social media performance monitoring.
- Analyze social media & TikTok ads content insights, trends, audience behavior, and campaign performance to generate actionable recommendations and improve brand growth.
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Creative, and E-commerce teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Stay updated with beauty, lifestyle, and social media trends to create relevant and competitive content strategies.
- Identify opportunities to increase engagement, followers growth, brand awareness, and community loyalty through creative and trend-driven initiatives.
- Benchmark competitors and industry trends regularly to maintain strong market relevance and innovation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Business, or related fields.)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, or Content Strategy, preferably in beauty, skincare & makeup industries.
- Experienced in creating content planning, campaign strategy, and social media & TikTok ads reporting.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social media & TikTok ads, including platform algorithms, trends, audience behavior, social media tools, and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media & TikTok ads metrics and translate data into actionable strategies.
- Strong sense of beauty trends, aesthetics, and consumer behavior in the beauty industry.
- Creative, proactive, highly adaptive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in english both written and verbal.
