Job description for Content Creator at PT Cinta Paras Semesta

Kami mencari Content Creator yang kreatif, up-to-date dengan tren digital, dan memiliki kemampuan storytelling yang kuat untuk menghasilkan konten yang menarik dan relevan di berbagai platform digital.

Responsibilities

Mengembangkan ide dan konsep konten (video, foto, tulisan) sesuai target audiens dan objective brand.
Membuat konten untuk berbagai platform digital seperti TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, dan media sosial lainnya.
Melakukan riset tren, topik, serta format konten yang sedang relevan.
Menulis script, caption, dan storytelling untuk kebutuhan konten.
Terlibat dalam proses produksi konten, mulai dari shooting, directing, hingga koordinasi produksi.
Melakukan editing video dan desain grafis dasar untuk kebutuhan konten.
Mengelola content calendar dan memastikan konsistensi publikasi konten.
Menganalisis performa konten (views, engagement, reach) dan memberikan rekomendasi optimasi.
Berkolaborasi dengan tim kreatif, marketing, dan talent untuk menghasilkan konten yang impactful.
Menjaga konsistensi branding, tone of voice, dan pesan brand di seluruh kanal komunikasi.

Qualifications

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan, diutamakan Komunikasi, Marketing, Digital Media, atau bidang terkait.
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, atau posisi serupa minimal 1 tahun.
Memahami platform digital dan media sosial beserta algoritmanya.
Memiliki kemampuan copywriting dan storytelling yang baik.
Terbiasa membuat content calendar dan melakukan content planning.
Mampu menggunakan tools editing seperti CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, Canva, atau tools sejenis.
Memahami dasar-dasar content analytics (engagement, reach, retention, CTR, dll).
Memiliki kemampuan riset tren dan memahami perilaku audiens digital.

Preferred Skills

Memahami tren pop culture, internet culture, dan consumer behavior.
Memiliki kemampuan visual storytelling yang kuat.
Kreatif, inovatif, dan mampu menghasilkan ide konten secara konsisten.
