WE'RE HIRING — CONTENT CREATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Plan and manage end-to-end content to increase brand awareness and engagement

- Develop content strategies aligned with business goals, brand positioning, and audience insights

- Stay updated with TikTok & social media trends

- Monitor and analyzed content performance and optimize strategies based on insights

REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum 1 year experience in content creation, preferably from an agency background (beauty industry experience is a plus)

- Strong understanding of TikTok & Instagram trends, algorithms, and best practices

- Skilled in storytelling, copywriting, and content ideation

- Familiar with CapCut, Canva, and other editing tools

- Able to analyze social media data for content improvement

- Available to join ASAP and work WFO at Bogor District
