Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Merancang dan merencanakan strategi konten serta melakukan monitoring kepada divisi Content Creator.
Menyusun ide-ide konten yang kreatif dan relevan dengan merek perusahaan serta tren industri.
Membuat dan mengedit konten untuk kebutuhan marketing dan social media offline.
Mengelola kalender editorial untuk merencanakan dan menjadwalkan konten dengan baik.
Berkolaborasi dengan tim pemasaran, desain grafis, dan multimedia untuk memastikan kesesuaian konten dengan tujuan pemasaran.
Mengukur kinerja konten dan merespons umpan balik audiens untuk perbaikan berkelanjutan.
Memahami dan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip hak cipta dan etika dalam konten yang dibuat.

Kualifikasi:

Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Content Creator atau posisi sejenis.
Menguasai aplikasi editing (capcut, adobe, dll).
Memahami teknik pengambilan foto dan video.
Mampu bekerja sesuai target dan deadline.
Bersedia bekerja secara mobile untuk kebutuhan shooting maupun event perusahaan.
Penempatan: Rungkut, Surabaya.
