Job Description:
Develop and implement content strategies.
Develop and oversee content calendar and editorial plan.
Develop, write, and produce high-quality multimedia content.
Lead and mentor a team of content creators.
Collaborate with other teams, act as a key point of contact for content creation, and support team members in creative brainstorming sessions.
Collect and review content performance data using analytics tools or any other methods available, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize future content.
Prepare reports with Social Media Specialist, and provide actionable insights to improve future content strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Digital Film, Videography, or a related field.
Proven experience (2 years) in content creation, with a portfolio showcasing a strong command of multimedia content (video, graphics, photography).
Advanced understanding of social media platforms or trends, content creation, editing software, and SEO principles.
