Job description for Content Creator at Hameeda
Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, trend-aware, and detail-oriented Content Creator to develop engaging digital content for Hameeda across social media and marketing channels. This role is responsible for content ideation, production, execution, and optimization to strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Create daily content for Instagram, TikTok, Instagram, and other digital platforms
- Develop content ideas, captions, scripts, and campaign concepts aligned with brand identity
- Produce photo and video content including reels, TikTok videos, behind-the-scenes, product highlights, and lifestyle content
- Coordinate and execute content shootings with talents, models, photographers, or internal teams
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, audio trends, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with marketing, graphic design, and live streaming teams for campaign execution
- Assist in planning monthly content calendars and campaign timelines
- Monitor content performance and provide ideas for improvement based on engagement insights
- Ensure all content maintains consistent brand image and visual quality
- Support offline marketing activities, events, and campaign documentation when needed
- Responding to comments, direct messages, and audience interactions on social media
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor degree in Communication, Marketing, Design, Fashion, or related field
- Minimal 2 years experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing is preferred
- Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends
- Comfortable appearing on camera is a plus
- Basic skills in photography, videography, and editing apps/software (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, etc.)
- Creative, proactive, communicative, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in fashion, modest wear, beauty, or lifestyle industry is preferred
