Job description for Content Creator Supervisor at Herwell Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end content production process, from planning, concepting, shooting, to final editing review.
- Develop strong and creative content concepts aligned with brand campaigns and goals.
- Manage camera direction, talent handling, and location selection during production.
- Create and supervise UGC-style content to support brand growth and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Creative, and Social Media teams to ensure content execution follows brand guidelines.
- Monitor and manage project timelines to ensure content delivery is on schedule.
- Stay updated with social media and creative trends to produce engaging and high–performing content.
- Support and mentor the creative team to enhance quality output and workflow efficiency.
- Contribute and participate in brand activations and campaign initiatives when needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading creative/content production teams.
- Strong technical understanding of content production (shot composition, lighting, camera operation, etc.).
- Able to produce and/or oversee UGC-style content for brand needs.
- Strong creative thinking and solid skill in developing content concepts and campaign activations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to direct team members and talents on set.
- Good project management capability with strong attention to detail.
- Up-to-date with social media trends (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Proficient in content creation tools/software (preferably Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
- Energetic, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus point: Confident appearing on camera for brand content.
- Passionate about lifestyle, fitness, fashion, or consumer goods industry is an advantage.
