Job Description:
We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Content Creator and Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. This role requires both creative execution and strategic thinking (especially in planning content pillars, monthly calendars, and campaign direction suited for the Indonesian health and corporate landscape).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing social media campaigns, producing engaging content, interacting with our online community, and leveraging data to improve performance. Experience in th health-related industry is highly preferred.
Job Specification
1. Content Development & Management
a. Develop comprehensive content strategies, including content pillars and content calendars, aligned with brand objectives and audience interests.
b. Design and implement creative social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, customized for Indonesian users.
c. Produce compelling content—such as videos, graphics, reels, and stories that highlights personal, corporate, and organizations branding and communicates brand narratives effectively
2. Campaign Planning & Execution
Oversee the planning and implementation of paid advertisements on platforms like Meta and TikTok to boost visibility and drive conversions.
3. Community Interaction
Actively monitor and engage with audience comments, direct messages, and reviews in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
4. Performance Analysis & Strategy Refinement
a. Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement, follower growth, and click-through rates to refine strategies.
b. Deliver monthly reports analysing campaign outcomes and return on investment (ROI).
5. Compliance & Trend Monitoring
Keep track of emerging social media trends and analyse competitors' strategies in the local and international market.
Job Requirements:
Experience: Minimum of two years managing social media, ideally in health-related industry.
Industry Background: Preference for applicants with direct experience in health-related and corporate industry.
Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, in written and verbal communication.
Technical Competencies:
a. Skilled in design platforms such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, and Premiere.
b. Familiar with analytics tools like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
c. Understanding of basic SEO principles and effective hashtag usage.
Soft Skills: Innovative, culturally aware, and capable of thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
