Job description for Content & Social Media Specialist at Swoop Pte. Ltd.
About the role
We are looking for a Content & Social Media Specialist to create content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs, sells, and simply, provides information, across a wide variety of digital platforms as well as helping to build corporate communication for media publication. Develop outstanding and integrated social media strategies that drive engagement and conversion for Swoop. As well as managing and build relationships for the online and offline community of Swoop riders.
What you will do
As a Content & Social Media Specialist, you will:
- Support the marketing team on digital content production across platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing team to produce content that generates results.
- Write, edit and publish content for websites, blogs, videos, social media posts/campaigns, email campaigns, podcasts, e-books, whitepapers, and more
- Execute and measure innovative social media plans that connect with Swoop users based.
- Work collaboratively with the content and marketing team to develop and execute creative ideas, plans, and strategies.
- Develop partnerships and productive working relationships with experts, KOL, talent, and other related stakeholders to build/leverage networking opportunities.
What you must have
- You must have the agility, courage, hunger and growth mentality to make a significant difference
- Should have at least 3 years of experience in writing, communication and similar industry
- Strong interest or experience and skills in communications, copywriting, and content writing
- Strong interest in recent business trends on mass communications media and content ideas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in English and Bahasa Indonesia)
- Tech-savvy with the ability to make complex technical matters easy to understand even for non-technical people. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task projects and deliverables
- Has eagerness to deliver high-quality content in accordance with the timeline
- Has a passion for continuously gaining more knowledge
