- Achieve sales target on average in match revenue as a trained recruiter
- Facilitate matches per quarter based on hiring plan
- Maintain strong client relationships as account manager by supporting the team to achieve matches on responsible accounts
- Business referral as opportunity arises
- Strong command of written and spoken English is a must.
- Recruitment experience is preferred but not a must. Sales experience with a strong sales track record is a must
- High EQ and ability to adapt.
- Must have a passion for technology and recruitment area.
- Must be solution and target-oriented.
- Adaptable and comfortable with uncertainty: You will be working in a startup environment that is rapidly changing and iterating. Previous experience working in a startup environment would be an added advantage.
