As the Construction Project Manager at POD Interior, you will be responsible for ensuring all construction projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the highest standards. Key responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members. You will also play a crucial role in overseeing the quality of work, addressing any issues promptly, and ensuring all project milestones are met. Additionally, you will be involved in the preparation of project budgets, risk assessments, and quality assurance processes.
We are seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, along with between 1 to 3 years of experience in construction management. Essential skills include Construction Safety, Microsoft Excel, Construction Management, AutoCAD, Project Management, and SketchUp.
