Job Description:
- Defining and developing the community management strategy.
- Sign up and register multi-platform communication channels
- Make sure all up to date information posted in all communication channels
- Answer all incoming queries and questions in all communication channels
- Building the hype across all communication channels when new project arises
- Actively create discussions and reply to queries on forum and other communication channels in a timely manner
- Constantly drive awareness and engagement in all communication channels
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience working in community management and engagement, or similar role
- Experience managing discord, telegram, twitter, whatsapp, Instagram and facebook.
- Verbal and written communication in Bahasa and English
- Have degree in communication or equal will be a good advantage.
