Job description for Community Specialist - Indonesia at GEMSTONE ENTERTAINMENT
- Build relationships with customers, creators, potential creators, industry professionals and other stakeholders
- Set, develop, and implement community comprehensive campaigns to align with marketing and business development team's strategies that effectively support business and marketing objectives
- Monitor and report on feedback and community reviews
- Coordinate with the internal teams to ensure brand and strategy consistency
- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness
- Stay up-to-date with podcast and audiobook trends all over the world and throughout the communities
- Analyze and report the effectiveness of all community activities
- Bachelor’s Degree / Equivalent
- Candidates with strong interest in the entertainment industry.
- Have an understanding of the entertainment industry (mainly novels, podcast, and audiobook)
- Candidates must have 1 - 2 years of working experience in the community division, >2 years experience is preferable
