What You Will Do:
- Manage day-to-day execution of KOL campaigns from drafting, revision, approval, until final posting
- Coordinate directly with KOLs to ensure all deliverables follow timelines, campaign briefs, and brand requirements
- Track campaign calendars, posting schedules, and deadlines to maintain smooth and on-time execution
- Review KOL drafts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with campaign objectivesHandle revision cycles efficiently and ensure all requested changes are properly implemented
- Maintain accurate campaign trackers, monitoring sheets, and execution documentation
- Follow up on pending drafts, revisions, and upcoming deliverables proactively
- Provide regular progress updates to internal teams regarding campaign status and execution
- Identify potential delays, unclear instructions, or execution risks and escalate when necessary
- Coordinate with editors and internal teams to align content timelines and campaign flow
- Maintain active and professional communication with KOLs, brands, and internal stakeholders
- Support operational improvements by documenting recurring issues and execution insights
- Ensure all campaigns are executed with consistency, structure, and high attention to detail
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related fields
- Experience in project management, influencer marketing, account management, or campaign execution
- Strong understanding of KOL/influencer campaign workflows and content deliverables
- Highly organized with strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented and comfortable managing trackers, calendars, and campaign documentation
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate briefs into clear instructions
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining execution quality
- Proactive problem-solver with strong ownership and follow-up skills
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
- Collaborative team player with strong operational discipline
- Available to work in a hybrid setup based in Jakarta Barat
- Able to join immediately is a plus
