Job description for Community Marketing Specialist at PT Deneva (DomaiNesia)

Roles
As Community Marketing Specialist at DomaiNesia, you are responsible for maintaining and improving our Affiliate Programs and Community relationship.

Primary Responsibility
Develop partnership with Community, KOL ,B2B & B2C.
Acquire and maintain existing relations through ongoing and intensive contact with Affiliates.
Track and analyze the performance of affiliate partners through data-driven approaches
Building positive relationships with customers through loyalty program.
Track and analyze the performance of partnership & community channels.
Responsible for company event online and offline.
Work closely with the Marketing Team to build up strategies.

Requirements
1-2+ years of full-time experience in public relationship/affiliate marketing with a proven track record
Excellent communication skills, both internal and client-facing
Basic knowledge of SEO, Digital Marketing, Website Monetization, Publishing (CPA)
Able to work independently, under pressure, fast pace & work under minimum supervision
Knowledge of the Hosting Industry is a plus
Any experience working with data analysis is a plus
Willing to be placed in Jogja headquarter.
