Lithan/ eduCLaaS is looking for a driven Community and Reputation Management Executive who will work with the regional marketing teams, supporting teams, and vendors in creating, addressing and maintaining our company’s community related marketing activities and favourable branding experience. You should have a hunger to always learn and grow as an individual. Additionally, you should have a strong interest in becoming that all-rounder digital marketer that has cutting-edge knowledge of marketing tools, strategies, and hands-on experience so as to deliver a holistic integrated digital marketing campaign.
Responsibilities include:
· Daily online research to find out all keywords associated with our brand or individual, and then reach out promptly to customers to manage and address reviews that incorporate feedback across channels such as forums, tweets, images, blog posts. Additionally, be responsible to publish positive reviews, amplifying our efforts.
· Daily monitoring and addressing of queries in partnership with identified teammates across all social media platforms (paid and organic).
· Partner closely with PR executive and Brand executive to strategize and execute on brand building activities
· Drive and partner with regional teammates to establish policies and procedures, systems and standards that will avoid any form of undesired impact to the organization.
· Lead the management team in maintaining and improving the company’s reputation.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will:
· A proven record in marketing, communications and / or community management – this means you have at least 2 years of work experience
· Have a proven track record to work towards enhancing and building the organization’s reputation by constantly measuring the effectiveness of your strategies.
· Have a good understanding of search engine behaviour, social media, forums, blogs, ratings and reviews, etc.
· Execution experience in social media, marketing, and communication campaign delivery
· Excellent English grammar and writing skills
· Has good program and stakeholder management skills.
· Is highly adaptable and comfortable with change.
· Has a constant appetite to learn and grow as an individual.
· Have decent knowledge of analytics/ metrics.
· Have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Communications or relevant field
