Maksimal 30 tahun
Pendidikan minimal SMA/ SMK
Berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Commis
Memiliki skill di western, italian, dan fushion food lebih disukai
Memiliki perhatian yang tinggi terhadap kebersihan dan kualitas makanan
Mampu bekerja dengan tim dan memiliki integritas tinggi
Bertanggung jawab dalam pembuatan makanan terutama grill dan stove sesuai dengan SOP
Memastikan stok bahan baku sesuai dengan kebutuhan
Memastikan preparation tersedia sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan standar
Back up tugas Chef de Partie di operasional
