Job description for Commercial Operation Executive at Kompeten

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to all inbound inquiries (WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Meta Ads) within 1 hour during working hours
  2. Conduct initial lead qualification (property type, renovation stage, timeline, level of interest)
  3. Convert qualified leads into confirmed showroom appointments
  4. Coordinate scheduling with the Sales Consultant
  5. Confirm appointments 24 hours in advance to minimize no-shows
  6. Execute structured follow-ups on cold or inactive leads
  7. Receive, log, and register all inbound leads from multiple digital channels
  8. Maintain a complete and accurate lead database (source, timestamp, contact details, qualification status, next steps)
  9. Ensure zero lead leakage and full pipeline visibility
  10. Prepare and submit weekly pipeline reports to management
  11. Accompany the founder in meetings with architects and developers
  12. Take structured and detailed meeting notes (requirements, feedback, objections, next steps)
  13. Send professional follow-up communication within 24 hours after meetings
  14. Manage and track architect/developer relationship pipeline
  15. Prepare all meeting materials (presentation decks, product samples, documentation)
  16. Utilize tools such as WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and automation platforms
  17. Operate within a structured, system-driven workflow with high attention to detail

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in client-facing administrative, inside sales, or executive support roles
  2. Proficiency in WhatsApp Business for professional communication
  3. Strong organizational skills with a clear personal task-tracking system
  4. Based in Jakarta and available for onsite work and occasional field meetings
  5. Native Bahasa Indonesia and basic written English communication skills
  6. Experience supporting senior executives or sales teams
  7. Intermediate proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar)
  8. Experience and must have in architecture, property, or interior design industries
  9. Familiarity with automation tools and system-driven workflows
