Job description for Commercial Finance at Global Enak Nikmat

Berikut ini Jobdesknya:

* Melakukan rekonsiliasi klaim distributor (promo, discount, retur, listing fee, rabat)

* Memverifikasi dokumen pendukung sebelum pembayaran klaim di proses Finance

* Memastikan perhitungan klaim sesuai kesepakatan komersial & SOP Perusahaan

* Menyiapkan laporan bulanan terkait status klaim, outstanding dan aging

* Berkoordinasi dengan sales dan finance untuk menyelesaikan dispute klaim

* Memantau AR aging distributor dan follow up bersama tim sales untuk collection

* Mendukung analisis dasar terkait promo spend, pricing dan penjualan

* Meningkatkan akurasi dan efisiensi proses administrasi klaim

* Create PO distributor ke system untuk dijadikan SO

* Collect dan mengolah data sell out distributor

* Create invoice padel sampai pembuatan FP
