Job description for Commercial Account Manager at Bali Spa Nature
Key Responsibilities :
1. Manage hospitality client enquiries, meetings, and follow-ups
2. Build relationships with villas, hotels, spas, and hospitality groups
3. Prepare quotations, proposals, and account coordination
4. Maintain CRM pipeline and client tracking
5. Support lead generation through social media
6. Coordinate operational and atelier related
7. Organize priorities independently and ensure follow-through
Requirements:
1. Bali-based OR genuinely willing to relocate independently
2. Minimum 3–5 years experience in hospitality sales, account management, business development, operations coordination, or related fields
3. Strong spoken and written English
4. Professional communication and presentation skills
5. Strong organizational and leadership capability
6. Able to work independently with minimal supervision
7. Mature, proactive, and ownership-minded

* This role requires someone who can independently represent Bali Spa Nature professionally in Bali when management is not present.
