Job description for Commercial Account Manager at Bali Spa Nature
Key Responsibilities
- Handle hospitality client enquiries and follow-up
- Attend meetings with villas, hotels, spas, and hospitality clients in Bali
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Prepare meeting summaries, client updates, and follow up actions
- Coordinate quotations, proposals, samples, and reorder opportunities
- Maintain CRM/pipeline records clearly and consistently
- Support lead generation through Social media and direct outreach
- Help coordinate Bali-based activities, including preparation for Bali atelier/showroom operations
Requirements
- Bali based and understand about Bali market
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales, account management, business development, hospitality, villa operations, spa/wellness, or premium client service
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Confident meeting clients independently
- Organized, proactive, and strong in follow up
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Comfortable using CRM, Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, and basic social media tools
- Mature, reliable, and ownership-minded
*IMPORTANT : This role requires someone who can independently represent Bali Spa Nature professionally in Bali when management is not present.
