Job description for Coding Tutor For Kids (WFH/Remote) at Algonova

Language Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must be fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate confidently in English, as English is used in teaching materials and internal communication.
Experiences :
- Have experience in teaching/coaching/mentoring kids
- Have experience in Coding/Programming, especially Coding Knight, Scratch, and LUA
Qualifications :
- Have personal laptop/PC/Computer
- Have a microphone and camera of the laptop or an external in good conditions
- Have good internet connection
- Have good skills in teaching children, inviting children to learn, making children feel comfortable in the classroom while studying, making the classroom atmosphere enjoyable, etc
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Having experience in teaching with English communication is a plus
Placement : WFH/WFA/Remote
Working Days :
• Flexible/Adjustable (Open from Monday to Sunday)
• Must be able to work on Weekends (Partially/Fully)
Working Hours :
- Flexible/Adjustable
- Must be able to work for a minimum of 20 hours/week
- We have times recommendation, you may choose your own start work time and end work time within this hour range :
o Weekdays : 3 PM - 9 PM in Western Indonesia Time
o Weekends : 9 AM - 9 PM in Western Indonesia Time
