Impact Byte is a social enterprise with a mission to build accessible tech education for everyone.
Currently, we provide intensive coding bootcamp, corporate traning and part-time courses for on-demand digital skills.

Job Description
We are looking for a knowledgeable programmer and/or instructor to be a mentor & instructor for our Coding Bootcamp programme: Fullstack Web Development. You will be working directly with the Learning Architect to develop curriculum and modules, teach students in class, and help our students become job-ready Fullstack Web Developers.
This is a paid, remote, full-time position.
What you'll do
- Develop curriculum and modules
- Prepare learning materials
- Plan for & create screencast videos
- Teach in online classes
- Apply teaching and pedadogy techniques to design interactive learning which includes: text-based, code syntax examples, illustration using images or videos, quizzes, coding exercises, and projects.
- Break down technical concepts into digestible exercises.
- Collaborate with Learning Architect to craft learning outcomes and build an interactive, engaging and compelling learning experience
What you'll need
- You should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in developing and testing apps on Fullstack Web Development for medium to large scale applications
- Must have a good understanding of Algorithms & Data Structures
- Strong knowledge of Go programming language, paradigms, constructs, and idioms
- Strong knowledge of Go frameworks, espcieally Gin and common Go routine and channel patterns
- Experience with Object Oriented Programming, RESTful, API, JSON/XML/HTML protocol, ORM and Database Technologies: MySQL, MongoDB, Sequalize, and Mongoose
- Fluency and experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap & Responsive Web Design, React JS, Authentication, Middleware, and Deployment (Netlify for front-end, Heroku or AWS for back-end)
- Experience with developer tools such as Git, GitHub, Command Line, and Postman
- Passion to share knowledge
