Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for full-process follow-up of Indonesian local coal trading business, including order confirmation, shipment arrangement, stock monitoring and delivery tracking.
2. Responsible for drafting, sorting, checking and filing of trading documents: contracts, confirmation letter, shipping documents, delivery notes, quality and quantity documents etc.
3. Track port schedule and vessel loading progress, update shipment status daily and report all updates and risks to management in a timely manner.
4. Coordinate with coal suppliers, port agents, shipping companies and complete loading, inspection and delivery settlement.
5. Organize and compile business data, including shipment volume statistics, delivery status, document records, in support of the monthly business report.
6. Assist in communication and coordination with Chinese customers or headquarters, translate business documents and daily business communications.
Basic Candidate Requirements:
1. 2-3 years of relevant experience in coal trading or commodity trading, with a focus on documentation and shipping follow-up.
2. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English and Mandarin.
3. Familiar with Indonesian local coal trade processes, domestic and export coal shipment procedures.
4. Familiar with trading contracts, LOI, ICOA, shipping documents, customs and port clearance processes.
5. Good Excel skills, able to organize data, maintain shipment records and manage trading document filing.
6. Responsible, careful, able to follow up on orders end-to-end, with good communication skills with suppliers, port authorities and shipping agents.
