Job description for CNY Promoters at Mdm Ling Bakery
1. Sales & Customer Service
- Promote and sell festive products (e.g. Cookies)
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs
- Ensure high standards of customer service and maintain a friendly, festive attitude
2. Product Display & Merchandising
- Arrange, replenish, and maintain festive displays to attract customers
- Ensure products are properly labelled with correct pricing
- Keep the sales area neat, organized, and visually appealing
3. Sampling & Demonstration (if applicable)
- Conduct product sampling (e.g., cookies, snacks) safely and hygienically
4. Cashier Duties
- Handle payments accurately (cash, NETS, e-payment)
- Issue receipts and manage simple daily sales reporting
5. Stock Management
- Assist with stock-taking, unpacking, and replenishing goods
- Report low-stock items or damaged goods to supervisor
Requirement:
Able to work during peak festive periods, including weekends and public holidays
