Job description for Club Manager (Pilates Re Bar Studio) at Pilates Re Bar
Responsibilities:
- Preparing the grand opening / soft opening for the new studio
- Ensuring studio operational activities run smoothly
- Manage the team in the studio
- Maintain studio cleanliness and maintain studio inventory
- Provide good service to members and be able to provide feedback on member complaints
- Achieve sales targets set by the company
- Build relationship with strategic alliances or third party vendors to carry out promotions
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Requirements:
- Female, at least 2 years of experience as supervisor or manager level on similar role
- Diploma/Degree any major relevant to the role
- Familiar with Pilates or Fitness Industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Must be organized, able to multi-task, service oriented and target oriented
- Proficient in MS Office or Google Spreadsheet
- Willing to work shifts (Morning & Noon)
- Placement: Jakarta Utara, Jakarta Pusat, Jakarta Selatan
