Job Description
To assist in health screening clinic's daily operations
Location
155 Upper Paya Lebar Road or 250 Sims Avenue
Job Scope
- To assist in the daily running of patients
- To assist in day to day clinic operations
- Attending to patients and clients queries and calls
- Ensure clinic operations are executed smoothly
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Arrange for prescribed laboratory tests, specified referrals and diagnostic procedures
- Collect, verify, record, and maintain data on clinical activities
- Obtain and verify patient billing information
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of clinic facilities and equipment
Requirements
- Minimally N Level qualifications
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Meticulousness in generating and submitting reports
- Basic Microsoft Skills
- Knowledge in digital healthcare system will be advantageous
- Certified Phlebotomist an advantage
- Healthcare or Clinical experience an advantage
- Certified Swabber an advantage
