About The Role

As a Client Relations, you will oversee communication with clients, manage inquiries, coordinate outreach efforts, and ensure seamless delivery of client pitches and proposals. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external partners to build long-term, successful relationships.

What You’ll Do?

  1. Client Management: Manage relationships with both internal and external clients by addressing inquiries, coordinating needs, and ensuring satisfaction across all touchpoints.
  2. Strategic Outreach: Proactively build and maintain professional relationships to unlock new opportunities and strengthen existing ones.
  3. Client Care and Gifting: Organize and coordinate thoughtful client gifts and gestures to express appreciation and nurture long-term partnerships.
  4. Evaluations and Feedback: Gather client feedback, monitor performance, and provide insights to drive continuous improvement and alignment with client expectations.
  5. Pitch Management: Take ownership of client pitches, from gathering briefs and compiling insights to overseeing progress and delivering high-quality proposals within deadlines.
  6. Inquiry Resolution: Identify challenges faced by clients or internal teams and provide timely, effective solutions to maintain smooth operations and high satisfaction.

Bonus Points for:

  1. Previous experience as a headhunter or in recruitment roles where client engagement and relationship building were key responsibilities.
  2. Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools to enhance outreach efforts.
  3. A proven track record of successfully maintaining and expanding client accounts.
