Wellness by Solace is a leading wellness brand in Indonesia, specializing in high-end luxury wellness equipment and customized wellness solutions for residential and commercial clients. We’re seeking a Client Relations & After Sales Representative to support our growing client base and ensure exceptional post-purchase experiences.
Who We’re Looking For:
✔ Fresh graduates welcome – prior experience in after-sales or customer service is a plus
✔ Excellent communicator in both English and Indonesian (spoken and written)
✔ Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
✔ Empathetic and solution-focused when handling client concerns
✔ Willing to learn technical product knowledge (full training provided)
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Serve as the main contact point for clients after purchase
✔ Coordinate product installations – delivery timing, client updates, and site readiness
✔ Guide clients on product care and usage
✔ Follow up on service requests, warranties, and technical issues
✔ Work closely with the technical team to arrange service visits
✔ Maintain accurate internal records and communication logs
