Job description for Chef de Partie at Deep Roots Dive and Yoga Resort
Qualifications:
-Supervise and manage a specific kitchen section during daily operations.
-Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented according to company standards.
-Train and support commis chefs and kitchen staff within the section.
-Monitor food quality, portion control, and kitchen cleanliness.
-Assist in inventory control and report stock requirements to the Head Chef.
-Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
-Coordinate with the kitchen team to maintain smooth and efficient service.
-Support menu preparation and contribute ideas for kitchen improvements.
